Sudan faces an escalating cholera outbreak, worsened by the ongoing conflict between the Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF) and the Rapid Support Forces (RSF). Widespread destruction of water, sanitation, and healthcare infrastructure has fuelled the spread of cholera, an acute diarrheal disease transmitted through contaminated water and food sources.
