The Chairperson of the commission of inquiry into land matters, Lady Justice Catherine Bamugemereire, has issued a warning to a Rwandan national who allegedly grabbed over a square mile of in Kiruhura district from which he evicted the family that was occupying it. Justice Bamugemereire issued the warning during an on spot assessment of the disputed land in Kiruhura district. The land under dispute is also being claimed by the family of the late Bishop Kosia Shalita.
