Background

SoCha is bidding after a competitive procurement opportunity called the Verification and Technical Assurance programme (VERITAS-UKR) in Ukraine. It will deliver demand-led independent Third-Party Monitoring (TPM) service and portfolio evidence research analysis for UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office's (FCDO) overseas development assistance portfolio managed by the British Embassy Kyiv.

If awarded the competitive procurement, SoCha would provide assurance and transparency of results being achieved by the FCDO’s implementing partners (IPs) and downstream partners in Ukraine to increase accountability to project beneficiaries and achieve greater assurance for the portfolio.

SoCha is issuing an open call for Technical Experts that can provide support to VERITAS-UKR's three workstreams: TPM, portfolio evidence, and a CSO pilot to deliver local TPM services.
