The Afghanistan Urban Water Supply and Sewage Corporation (AUWSSC) has announced the launch of a major project to supply clean water to Kabul. According to the plan, water will be sourced from the Panjshir River, Shah wa Aros, and Shah Toot, and transferred to the city.
